Frequently Asked Questions

What is SOSICO.? What does it mean/ stand for?

SOSICO. is sort of a "double" acronym for "Something Simple Co." or "Something Simple Company". (Ex: SOmething SImple COmpany.)

Is this store legit? Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We are 100% 'legit'. Our transactions are processed right through Stripe using their protective payment security features and codes and shit neither of us understand.

How is shipping calculated? How long does it take?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of the package, for example - sweatshirts cost more to ship than a tee shirt or a hat. All orders are shipped via USPS (Or Fedex on rare occasions) and should take about 5-7 business days to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the date that it was placed, please contact us immediately.

You're out of ____ size. Are you ever going to print more?

We produce limited runs of each product with the intentions for that to be the one and only run. So unfortunately, probably not.

Where are you located? Can I make a purchase in person to avoid shipping costs? Do you take cards in person?

We are currently located in central Rhode Island. If you are as well, you can drop us a line on our contact page and we can arrange a time and place to meet up. We can take cards in person, but cash is king.

DO YOU NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER, DESIGNER, MARKETING, ETC?

No thanks. We have it covered.

WHAT ARE YOUR PHOTOS SHOT ON?

A camera.

DO YOU GUYS ALWAYS SHIT ON THAT KID RICKY'S LIFE? DO YOU ACTUALLY HATE HIM?

Usually. Kinda. He deserves most of it.

HEY, WE'RE BUDDIES RIGHT? CAN I HAVE A SPECIAL DISCOUNT? FAMILY DISCOUNT?

No.

I'M THE SICKEST RAPPER OUT AND I SPIT DOPE RHYMES. SEND ME A CARE PACKAGE?

Send us Applebees gift cards and we'll think about it.

I SKATE/ BMX/ GOLF/ SWIM/ PLAY WATER-POLO... SPONSOR ME?

Nah. Send us your videos though, so we can watch them when we're bored. Maybe we'll even feature you on our blog or some shit if you're actually dope.

How can I become part of the SOSICO. team?

You don't want to, trust me.
